We met on Hinge, but fate may have been working a little overtime.

While we were getting to know each other, Shai was in the process of moving into a new apartment...coincidentally just a few blocks from Gus. Suddenly, our first dates didn't require much planning, and what started as casual conversations quickly turned into walks between apartments, nightly sleepovers, and finding every excuse to spend more time together.

As we got to know each other, we kept discovering more ways our lives had been connected all along. Gus's dad is from Framingham (Shaina's hometown) and we both grew up spending time in Maine with our families, a place that continues to hold a special place in our hearts. Looking back, it often feels like the stars were aligning long before we ever matched.

One of the things we've always loved most about our relationship is how naturally our lives came together. Our families welcomed each other with open arms, and our friend groups seamlessly merged into one big extended family. Whether we're spending weekends in Maine, traveling, working out, gathering friends for fitness and Peroni events, bar hopping, or simply enjoying a quiet night at home, our favorite moments are always the ones shared with the people we love.

Over the years, we've built countless memories, new traditions, lots of laughter, two very spoiled cats, and a life that feels better than anything we could have imagined when we first matched.

Now we're headed to Aruba to celebrate the next chapter of our story, and we couldn't be more excited to share it with all of you.
